At GSM Depot, we’re committed to offering the best value on the market. If you find a lower advertised price on the same item from a Canadian retailer, before your purchase or within 30 days of your order and we’ll match it.
How to Request a Price Match
Step 1: Review the eligibility conditions listed below to ensure your request qualifies.
- Price match applies to the final price including taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges.
- If your item goes on sale at GSM Depot within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference.
Step 2: Place your order on gsmsdepot.com and note your order number. If the item was already purchased within the last 30 days, you can still request a match.
Step 3: Submit your request via email at support@gsmsdepot.ca with the following:
- Your GSM Depot order number or original invoice
- A screenshot, print ad, or direct web link showing the lower price
- Make sure the item’s description, price, and promotion date are clearly visible
Step 4: You’ll receive confirmation from our support team within 4 business hours.
Step 5: If eligible, we’ll either adjust your invoice or issue a store credit for the difference, valid toward your next purchase.
Conditions to Qualify for a Price Match
- The lower advertised price must be from an authorized retailer and available to all customers (not a private or members-only sale).
- The product must be identical, same brand, model, color, size/specs and in stock at both GSM Depot and the competitor.
- The item must be brand new, factory-sealed, and not reconditioned, used, open-box, clearance, or display merchandise.
- The price comparison must be based on the total cost in Canadian Dollars, including all applicable charges (taxes, shipping, customs, etc.).
- The offer must not be from a retailer undergoing liquidation or bankruptcy.
- Price match must be requested within 30 days of your purchase or before placing your order.
GSM Depot reserves the right to verify all claims, limit quantities, and decline a price match at our discretion. This guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.
