Return Policy

GSM Depot wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer refunds up toΒ 90 days after the purchase.


Return Window

1. Unopened Items: May be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. Opened but Unused Items: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition, with original packaging and all included accessories.

3. Used Items: If returned within 30 days, they are typically not eligible for a refund unless reviewed and approved by our support team based on a strong justification.

Return Shipping & Labels

Unless we made a mistake in shipping your order, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. We can provide a prepaid return label at our preferred rate, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose to use your own return shipping method if preferred.

If we accidentally shipped the wrong product, please contact customer service immediately upon receiving your order. Errors rarely happen, and our team will resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We proudly offer only top-quality brand new products. To maintain this standard, returned items must be in the same condition as sold, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

For example, if a kitchen appliance or tool came in a branded box, both the item and its box must be returned in like-new condition. We recommend using the original shipping box for added protection.

Non-returnable items include:
β€’ Perishable goods
β€’ Customized or personalized products
β€’ Personal care items
β€’ Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)
β€’ Items marked as final sale

Used or damaged items, products missing original packaging, or personal-use items such as opened cookware or tools showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Refund Delays
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@gsmdepot.ca.
