Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $129.00 CAD within Canada (before taxes and after discounts). For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

To take advantage of free shipping:

1.     Add more than $129.00 worth of items to your cart (before taxes, after discounts).

2.     Click on “Cart” and verify the amount remaining to qualify for free delivery.

3.     Choose the free shipping option at checkout.

Exceptions: Remote Areas and Package Sizes

• Remote areas: For the following FSAs (Forward Sortation Areas), additional shipping fees may apply. GSM Depot is committed to finding the most affordable delivery option for our customers. If extra charges are required, we will contact you to confirm whether you'd like to proceed with the additional fees or modify your order.

• Package size: Some oversized items may incur a shipping surcharge. You will be contacted in advance if this applies to your order.
